If I want to soak in the atmosphere and paint this kind of scene, I have to rely on my photographs, or make a four hour drive first!<BR/><BR/>A nice balanced painting, full of mood and atmosphere. Just the right amount of realism, but showing watercolour for the fantastic medium it is. Oil is supposed to be the Queen of the Media.
